Booking Process: For private or standalone bookings, clients may reach out directly to discuss pricing and studio location. Once studio availability is confirmed, a booking link will be sent directly. For studio shoot days (time-slot bookings), a booking link will be provided on the website once shoot details and scheduling are finalized.

Deposit & Payment: Standard policy requires payment in full at the time of booking to hold your time-slot. Please note that the cancellation and refund policy may vary depending on project details - please make sure to carefully read the terms and conditions for your particular shoot day when booking and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns!

Video Length: Final edited video length for all standard package options is a maximum of 90 seconds (1:30 minutes) - please plan choreography accordingly. For edited video, the length will ultimately depend on various factors including but not limited to the performed routine/choreography, number of takes and/or usable footage, chosen song structure and length, nature of the chosen editing style, and other(s).

For "Heavenly Highlights” Editing Style: Choreography is not required for this editing style, as your footage will be ‘puzzle-pieced’ together into a highlights edit. Instead, come prepared with a series of movements you feel confident performing. You may move at any pace and explore whatever feels natural during your chosen song for each take. This helps you make the most of your filming time and ensures we capture a variety of usable footage. A helpful tip is to record yourself in advance to check how your movement and angles look on camera. The more you do during your take, the more material I will have to work with when editing your final video.

What to Bring: Please bring a yoga mat or towel to warm up, water, and your own pole spray and rag to clean your pole before and after filming. This is not a class, so come prepared with your own warm up routine and ensure you’re ready to move safely and confidently during your shoot.

Editing & Delivery: Editing will begin only when the final song choice is provided. Standard turnaround for edited video is 4-5 weeks. For studio shoot days (multi-time slot booking), delivery will occur in the order of client booking (first to book, first to receive video).

Usage Rights: Clients acknowledge and agree that the video(s) provided by Gemini Daze Videography are for the client's specific use as agreed upon in the scope of work outlined in the booking agreement (personal use, social media, etc.). Clients do not have permission to repurpose, re-edit (adding text, changing clips, changing music, etc.), reproduce, distribute to third parties for advertisements, or otherwise alter any part of the video(s) without the express written consent of Gemini Daze Videography.
