B-Roll and Promo Packages

B-roll and promo video packages are available to help businesses showcase their services in an authentic and engaging way.

B-roll refers to candid, cinematic footage that captures the atmosphere, team, and services in action. It can be repurposed into social media content, advertisements, website features, and future campaigns. Promo edits provide short, polished highlight reels that are ready to post and ideal for marketing.

Packages are structured around either 30-minute or 1-hour filming sessions, with the option to receive b-roll only, promo edits only, or a combination of both. Add-ons such as professional lighting, extra edits, and extended filming allow for additional customization.

Please note that b-roll packages provide highlight-style footage only and do not include full-length session or class recordings.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

How the Process Works:

  • Goals and expectations will be discussed ahead of time.

  • Upon arrival, there will be a review and discussion before filming begins.

  • If lighting is part of your package, setup will take place at this time. As mentioned, lighting setup includes +1 hour of time (~40 minutes for setup, ~20 minutes to break down).

  • A short test run will be filmed to ensure you are happy with the look and angles.

  • Filming is done in a candid style, with the option to:

    • Remain fully candid while footage is captured from multiple angles, or

    • Film smaller “mock” scenes to create more variety.

  • The 1 hour session is recommended for businesses that want more variety of footage.

  • Please note that sessions do not include full-length class or event filming - all packages are highlights-style only.

What the Session Includes

  • Professional filming in 1080p format, orientation decided ahead of time (vertical or horizontal).

  • Optional professional lighting setup if included in your package.

  • 15 minutes are built into each booking for arrival and discussion. Please book according to arrival time.

Delivery & Turnaround

  • Standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.

  • Files are delivered via Google Drive.

  • 4K Footage: Available upon request within 3 months of file delivery.

  • B-Roll Footage: Delivered as a highlight-style complication with a licensed music backtrack for viewing only.

    • Clients may not use this backtrack audio in social media posts.

    • B-roll is intended for client editing; once edited. by the client, it is no longer considered work by Gemini Daze. Please do not tag Gemini Daze in client-edited content.

  • Promo Videos: Delivered fully edited and may not be altered by the client (no rearranging, music changes, color filters, etc.). Adding text or overlays is permitted; Gemini Daze can also add text upon request.

Consent & Usage

  • All participants filmed during a session must provide consent.

  • Businesses are responsible for ensuring consent when posting any content that includes other individuals.

Booking & Payment

  • Because this is a by-request service, date, time, and package details will be discussed individually. Once confirmed, Gemini Daze will provide a direct booking link.

  • Deposit Policy: A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required at booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 2 days before the shoot date.
